You might still need help to keep moving forward. Survivors of abuse do not just bounce back; it takes time as you go through conflicting emotions whilst rebuilding your life.

That could mean figuring out what you want to achieve, knowing you are not alone, or understanding what to do if you're experiencing unwanted contact from your ex.

We're here to help you deal with your challenges and feel better about yourself. You can talk to us one-on-one, and we'll help you sort through everything.

Our Aftercare service is designed to fit your needs because we know everyone's recovery journey is different. Whether you need someone to talk to or help with practical stuff, we're here for you every step of the way.

Case Study

Moving into my husband's family home within six months of marriage was eye-opening. His mother's controlling nature was overwhelming, and my husband offered no support, resorting to violent outbursts.

Things worsened after having our baby. I was forbidden from caring for her, with my mother-in-law taking over. When I finally escaped with my sister's help, my husband confronted me, insisting I return for the sake of our child.

Ignoring their demands, I endured a barrage of letters, emails, and calls. Even my parents were targeted. Despite seeking help from the police, I faced dismissive responses, with authorities downplaying the situation as mere family dynamics.

Clarice has been impressive by explaining stalking legislation, advocating on my behalf with the Police and supporting my application for a non-molestation order.
